Fun with Watercolor with Joanne
Tuesdays July 16th, July 23, and July30th from 10-12
Joanne Boudreau will lead you through a fun 3 session workshop where you will create a simple relaxing botanical painting. This workshop series is designed to encourage play with art. No experience is necessary. Your objective is to enjoy the process. Session 1 will cover the basics. Session 2 will have you playing with color, glazes, brushstrokes and color combinations. Session 3 will put it all together for a simple botanical painting. Sign up at the library or email hperry@cwmars.org

Chair Yoga is on Hiatus until September
Roberta is taking a break for the remainder of the summer. She reminds everyone to breathe and remember the things you have learned in chair yoga until she returns in September. The Library has yoga books and videos if you need inspiration while she is away

Sensory Box Workshop for Toddlers
Join Miss Pam for the latest in her series of Sensory Box making workshops based on Water Play. This workshop is for the little ones 18 MO to 2.9 Years. They are designed specifically for the needs of little ones. The session will involve water and bubbles and the kids will create a box to take home to continue the fun. These sensory boxes teach important skills and the kids love them. You can check out the oversized ones that Miss Pam made for the library in both the Adult room and the chldren’s room.

Meet your Selectboard Member
Thursday August 22nd 7-8PM
The Ashby Selectboard is providing an opportunity for citizens to engage directly with their representatives. Selectboard Member Dave Nadeau will be available at the Ashby Free Public Library on Thursday, August 22nd, from 7 to 8 PM. This session offers constituents a chance to discuss any questions or concerns they may have. We encourage community members to attend and participate in this valuable dialogue.
